Motivated Self Starter Customer Service Representative
We are a fast growing e-commerce fashion company which is looking to hire a motivated individual to join our customer service team. Full time commitment although the hours are flexible. Bonus – you can work from anywhere around the world except an office! Some example tasks will include:
1) Calling up customers to solicit feedback on products
2) Answering customer service questions via email
3) Responding to customer service feedback reviews
4) Handling customer queries and resolving customer issues
5) Ad-hoc sales admin work
6) Work on marketing strategies with the marketing team based on customer feedback/reviews
7) Interacting with customers online via email, chat boxes or phone calls
Applicant must have good communication and problem solving skills with attention to detail. We strive to pay above market rates for quality people and will pay $2000-$3000 USD / month for full time work depending on experience.
