- This is a role for someone who is a leader and can be able to train others for the position of a “Advertising Account Executive”
- This is a role for someone who likes building systems and coming up with their own ideas on how to grow our company
- This is most importantly a role for someone who is good with people and building relationships
Who are we and what do we do?
We are a digital marketing agency that manage PPC advertising on Amazon for businesses doing at least $200,000 / month in revenue. Were an amazing small team of 5 people full time, everyone works remote but were currently setting up Headquarters is in Panama, Panama City. We have just over 20 clients and were currently scaling to fast for our own good and were forced to stop taking on clients till we can find someone amazing that can take over this role and help us manage all our clients.
Must have experience:
- Experience in managing clients and talking to clients
Valued experience ( but not vital )
- Experience in PPC
- Experience working on Seller Central ( the amazon platform )
- Come up with big ideas on how we can build an automated weekly reporting system that delivers value to the clients and keeps them informed on how their advertising is performing
- Come up with big ideas on how we can deliver an amazing experience for our clients on our monthly ( or bi-weekly ) performance calls, and how we can be able to easily train this to someone new
- Managing clients, doing bi weekly or monthly phone calls depending on the client
- Listening to the clients needs and taking action on certain things they might ask for or request
- Launch new campaigns for our clients PPC ( We can train you on this )
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Be able to analyze the performance of the clients PPC and explain to them what we’re doing to achieve this result ( we can train you on this )
- Stay up-to-date with new marketing trends in the Amazon Advertising world
