Commercial Account Manager

We recently launched the Cocoroco platform and are ready to expand our commercial team. With that in mind, we’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager.
As Cocoroco's Commercial Account Manager you will be challenged to build and manage your own commercial portfolio. You generate and follow up on leads and attend relevant (online) events, making sure that you are wherever our potential clients are. After leading the sales process from end to end, you continue to manage and expand the commercial relationship with the client.
Drive international expansion of our client portfolio, by researching, identifying and approaching potential clients across EMEA;
Build and manage your own client portfolio, driving client success and satisfaction;
Develop and optimize our commercial strategies for exponential revenue growth;
Invest in great partnerships, build trust, and establish an active dialogue with top decision-makers;
Support implementation and configuration set them up for success, and continue to manage the relationship from there, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery and client satisfaction;
Take ownership, make decisions with courage and be there to inspire others.
Experience in sales or account management, including previous experience at a marketplace platform, staffing platform, or equivalent. Previous experience in a start-up environment is strongly preferred;
Ample experience with Salesforce;
You are a strong communicator, an active listener and you're naturally proactive;
The mindset to be results-oriented and user-focused;
You are innovative and able to back up your actions with data;
Critical thinker with a healthy dose of skepticism;
You master the English language and are a great communicator.
