We are seeking a Head of Information Technology Services that will report to the Chief Security & Trust Officer (CTSO) and will develop and implement a strategic and tactical Corporate Technology program that meets the requirements of ASAPP’s current enterprise and ongoing operational growth initiatives. This role’s mission is to architect, develop, deploy and maintain solutions in the enterprise that support ASAPP’s overall mission and leverage its people and technology for maximum benefit.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop the following functions: Corporate Systems Engineering, SaaS Systems Engineering, Enterprise Service Desk, Identity & Access Management, and all associated operations
  • Collaborate with key lines of business leaders to assist them in their forward momentum through automation and SaaS systems leverage
  • Join the CTSO leadership team and partner closely with the Head of Security Engineering & Architecture and Head of Security Assurance to ensure alignment with both company security and compliance objectives
  • Build, mentor, lead and inspire a team of experts who will implement solutions and manage global infrastructure to maximize employee productivity, engagement, and security
  • What you’ll need

  • 10+ years enterprise IT management, including laptops/desktops, servers, mobile devices, LAN/WAN/WiFi infrastructure networks and cloud services
  • 5+ years managing small teams and vendor relationships to success
  • Solid understanding of IP networking and hardware – switches, routers, firewalls, wifi infrastructure
  • Strong security skills and understanding
  • Strong focus on high availability and history demonstrating performance
  • Philosophy of automation and maintainability
  • Cloud architecture skills and experience
  • Experience with major SaaS environments

    Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the estimated base salary range for this role is $190,000 – 200,000. The actual salary may be different depending upon qualifications, experience, and other factors permitted by law. The range listed is just one component of ASAPP’s total compensation package.
