People and Culture Analyst – Remote (Human Resources/Benefits)

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various day-to-day People and Culture operations,  People and Culture processes and systems, benefits, onboarding, and time & attendance. This position is a full-time remote position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee benefit program and operations, including claims resolution, open enrollment, FMLA and COBRA processes, and communicating benefits information to employees.
  • Drive change through tracking and analyzing employee reports received during an employee’s lifecycle (new hire, exit interviews, pulse surveys, etc.).
  • Drive a culture of well-being by conducting/ leading employee wellness programs.
  • Liaison with payroll to ensure employee changes and new hires are entered accurately. 
  • Support the People and Culture team on projects as needed
  • Provide guidance to supervisors and employees on leave eligibility, process, and regulatory compliance.
  • Serves as a cultural ambassador to create an inclusive and best-in-class employee experience and culture.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelors of equivalent years of HR experience  

Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
