Who You Are
You are a motivated student pursuing a degree in computer science and are passionate about quality assurance. You are a problem solver, driven, logical, and innovative student. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can contribute and learn simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand how data is organized using data dictionary and exploratory queries to prepare for future assignments.
  • Write SQL queries to extract data from tables, views, and files to identify problems with data like nulls, missing values, improper formatting, and incorrect values.
  • Test database objects for accuracy using a combination of SQL, SSMS, Excel, Databricks, and other tools focusing on quality versus quantity.
  • Work with ETL Developers and analysts to solve problems by providing detailed screenshots or spreadsheets that indicate issues found during testing.
  • Create reports to help ensure data integrity to the business.
