Who You Are
You are a motivated marketing professional who is passionate about driving day-to-day deliverables as the primary point of contact for Creative Marketing. You will define project deliverables, lead scoping process, align resources against project needs, and work with internal resources to execute and deliver projects. You are flexible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, comfortable with change, are able to work with a volume of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

What You’ll Do

  • Develops project timelines and scope of work detailing campaign and/or projects deliverables with the right key stakeholders for support and approvals.
  • Ability to assess current workflow processes and works on ongoing improvement towards overall increase in productivity led by better workflows.
  • Reports into the Head of Brand and collaborates closely with content strategist, marketing specialist and outside agency partners on all projects
  • Effectively monitor progress against project plans, identify risks and issues
  • Ability to use project management tools to run projects through to completion
  • Acts as a lead by overseeing marketing projects, assigning tasks, creating project timelines, documenting work, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintains general awareness of other projects and initiatives to help identify impacts to current work or opportunities for better efficiency
  • Coordinate and facilitate the closing of projects either virtually or via team meeting to analyze project efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Manages outside agency resources that develop and execute projects
  • Facilitates communication upwards and across internal and external team including project status, project schedules, justifications for variances, and technical information (architecture, design, specifications, and implementation objectives)
  • Serves as point of contact for project status and information
  • Lead effective internal meetings
  • What You’ll Need

  • 6-8 years of experience in project management, ideally in marketing and advertising for a creative agency or internal corporate marketing team
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in a creative environment and creative execution/deliverables is a huge plus.
  • Experience in an internal creative agency (Creative Services) is a HUGE plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills. Can interact with staff at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and as part of the team
  • Very detail oriented, organized and creative problem solver
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Can quickly modify plans and re-prioritize as circumstances change.
  • Skilled in encouraging and motivating
  • Desire to learn and contribute
  • Must have experience in digital print production and work closely with operations to oversee implementation and delivery of print / mailings.
