REMOTE: The Product Operations team is seeking a Project Manager to deliver multiple projects, continuously and simultaneously across the product lifecycle, and within a dynamic, fast growing product organisation. Additionally, the role will include the continuous evolution and improvement of the project management capability.

What you will do:

  • Building, maintaining, and communicating product launch plans and tracking the deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies from the cross functional launch team.
  • Working closely with the business owner (e.g. Product Manager), to understand situational priorities and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Manage the implementation of technology, operation procedures and processes or other continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for, and implementing, continuous improvement activities to ensure optimisation of the way Product Ops operates.
  • Manage delivery in an Agile framework overlaid with suitable controls (eg risk management) to ensure success.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on project management best practices, including: risk management, stakeholder engagement, managing interdependencies, resolving conflict, communication and governance.

What we are looking for:

  • An experienced project manager, ideally in an Agile environment, with tangible evidence of output delivered.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to a continuously changing environment with the willingness to undertake tasks from planning in Excel to the implementation of new technology.
  • Ability and drive to deliver your own work, and the work of others, to deliver against a clear set of agreed objectives.
  • Willing to learn through experimentation, whilst delivering incremental and tangible value continuously in a sustainable manner.
  • Collaborative and committed to sharing knowledge and skills and willing to take ownership and accountability for their work.
  • PMP qualifications or equivalent.
  • Exposure to and experience of the following would be desirable: –
    • RPA or Intelligent Automation
    • SaaS and software product lifecycle management
