As we are growing and scaling as a company, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) that has a deep sense of empathy and understanding for the needs of diverse groups of people. By partnering with the teams at all levels, you will help envision, develop, and execute on people strategies that support their growth, performance, and future objectives. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, adept interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational skills. We’re looking for an HRBP that is driven to improve HR initiatives, promote diversity, enhance team morale, exemplify good HR practices, and retain our talented team. This role reports to our Director of Employee Experience.
