THE JOB AT A GLANCE
As the Head of Home-based Care Clinical Products, you will lead the clinical product strategy for Home-based Care, including the roadmap, defining clinical requirements and features, and integrating clinical workflows between core Carbon offerings and novel Home-based products and services.  This role sits at the intersection between devices, mobile software, and condition detection and disease management.  You will work closely with a cross-functional team of Clinical, Hardware, Engineering, Operations, and Design colleagues to deliver a seamless and connected Home Care experience. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build, design, and drive the Home-based Care clinical product strategy and roadmap
  • Define clinical workflows and handoffs between Home-based Care interactions (e.g., disease management, remote patient monitoring) and core Carbon experience 
  • Drive high priority strategic topics and initiatives partnering closely with other product, engineering, and business leaders to create hypothesis, recommendations, and solutions
  • Facilitate product definition and design, including prototypes and wireframes 
  • Create detailed feature definitions and clinical requirements for Home-based Care products
  • Support hardware and algorithm development
  • ABOUT YOU

  • 10+ years experience in product management and product development with medical expertise in a leadership role
  • MD or other relevant advanced clinical degree
  • Extensive experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product vision, and leading design discussions
  • Hands-on experience launching health-related products 
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization and in a cross-functional team environment 
  • Experience working with clinicians and understands the clinical workflows
