What’s the opportunity?
Winning new airlines is an exciting challenge and critical to cargo.one’s success in changing our industry. In the role of Business Development Manager you directly influence our growth and are critical in winning the world’s largest airlines. 
From compelling pitch to negotiation you will spend your time forging strong relationships with the airline’s management. Your goal is to champion change, to form consensus and to drive your targets to closing.

‍♀️ What you’ll be doing?

  • You build and nurture strong business relationships
  • You drive airlines from exploration through solution design to negotiation and closing
  • You align with internal teams (e.g. Partner Success, Product and Marketing) to share intelligence and to secure alignment and support for your sales strategy
  • You represent cargo.one at industry events, trade shows and conferences
  • You track and manage business development key results based on our company Objectives & Key Results (OKR)
  • You manage and keep the airline side of our CRM up to date at all times
  • ‍♀️ What you’ll need

  • You have around 5 years of experience in an enterprise tech / SAAS sales role
  • Demonstrated  track record of building trust and strong working relationships with senior stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English, Mandarin native or Arabic native speaker is a plus
  • You have excellent sales skills and methods, recognize business opportunities and convince in negotiations
  • You apply an iterative approach to measure your results and experiments that enable you to better understand your sales process
  • You have an intuitive technological understanding and look forward to comprehensively understanding our product and customers needs
  • You have high attention to detail and accuracy while being well-organized
  • Plus points if:

  • You have a genuine interest in the logistics industry 
  • You have experience using HubSpot 
  • You have experience working in a SaaS/Software company
