  • Coach managers on areas such as:  performance management, leadership, team dynamics, and hiring/retaining talent

  • Provide individuals at all levels in the organization with performance and career growth guidance

  • Contribute and/or lead People program design, planning and implementation

  • Support employee onboarding, working with leaders to develop a structured onboarding plan  

  • Provide leaders guidance on translating top level OKRs into department OKRs and objectives for the employees

  • Awareness of HR compliance areas and ensuring the company has applicable policies/guidelines established, and that they are designed with our culture in mind.

  • Effectively communicate needs and plans, with a data driven approach; developer contribute metrics and reporting for HR activities

  • Manage various levels of employee relations matters, to include sensitive matters involving investigation, recommendations to resolve and closure for employees involved

  • Participate in M&A activities such as integration and onboarding


  • Bachelor's Degree in an HR or related field; Master’s degree preferable

  • A minimum of 8 years  HR leadership experience where you’ve been working directly with business leaders

  • A demonstrated leadership in providing in-depth guidance on coaching leaders, performance management , employee relations, managing people metrics, M&A, employee relations and team dynamics

  • Strong tactical planning skills utilizing current HR practices and principles

  • Knowledge of federal and state employment law

  • Experience building and creating programs in small to mid-size companies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as excellent customer service skills

  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to shift easily between strategic initiatives and tactical day-to- day responsibilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence, respect and trust of employees
