About the Role:
The Legal and Finance BSA will be part of the Confluent Business Systems team. You will work closely with legal and finance business users on various system initiatives and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle. This position will partner with the Legal operations, finance operations, and other contract management functions at Confluent to drive system based improvement, optimization, and implement new contract lifecycle management capabilities.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with Legal, DealDesk, Revenue Ops, Procurement team and support their system needs for Contract lifecycle management – built around an ecosystem of applications like IronClad, SFDC CPQ, & Finance systems
  • Work with business stakeholders for project intake and conduct requirements analysis for projects
  • Analyst will drive implementation and optimization of the systems and processes – legal and finance systems
  • Perform administrative functions to support business users (e.g., developing workflows, page layouts, formulas, approval processes) that will provide better user experiences and efficiencies
  • Manage system enhancement projects in accordance with established SDLC processes, based on an agile approach
  • Develop and provide reporting from systems when requested, train others on building reports and dashboards
  • Implement process and feature improvements to increase productivity, drive efficiencies, automate processes, and increase reliability
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support and training, advising on best practices and providing tips on system usage, and ensuring integrations between systems are working appropriately
  • What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 + years experience in solution, configuration, implementation, integration, and administration of various quote-to-cash and legal Technology applications. Tools & applications may include: Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and associated integrations with Salesforce CRM and CPQ, IronClad/ DocuSign/Conga, SFDC, NetSuite, Coupa
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a pleasant, supportive, and customer-focused personality
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Analytical and trouble-shooting skills
