Cricket is a mission driven organization and we are looking for a People Operations Manager who is passionate about enhancing our team member experience to ensure we will create the best outcomes for our patients. Reporting to the VP of People – the Manager of People Operations will be responsible for scaling and iterating a core set of programs, systems and processes to create an amazing team member experience.
Our Manager will be responsible for managing HR systems, Total Rewards, On/Offboarding, and People analytics.  You will partner with the People Team and stakeholders across the organization to design and deploy progressive policies and programs that demonstrate Cricket’s commitment and care to its team members.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance Cricket’s People team systems, particularly its HRIS and related systems for managing compensation, benefits, and compliance.
  • Maintain all benefits relationships, processes and annual open enrollment, ensuring retirement, health and wellbeing strategy and plan design align with overall business strategy. 
  • Research and lead the implementation and management of compensation programs, policies, and procedures, including salary compensation and short and long-term incentive programs.
  • Engage in regular benchmarking activities and assessing the marketplace against current and future team member needs and best practices to maintain competitive programs and services.
  • Evaluate jobs for exemption status, internal pay equity, and external competitiveness.
  • In partnership with Cricket’s Legal team, own all workforce-related compliance and policy matters, particularly Cricket’s Handbook in all markets and team member compliance training.
  • Drive excellence in People analytics to ensure high-quality data and enable robust reporting and business insights.
  • Work with our People Ops Coordinator to manage our onboarding program to ensure seamless integration of new hires into Cricket’s culture and community.
  • Conduct off-boarding, analyze trends, and share opportunities with VP of People to influence/inform decisions.
  • Manage our People Ops Coordinator 
  • Have a deep understanding of the business and be a thought leader on people and organizational topics.
  • Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years progressive experience with People Operations or Total Rewards with management experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience with US labor law, tax and compliance as well as all federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, including COBRA, FMLA, EEOC, and DOL/FLSA requirements
  • Deep understanding of benefit plan design and administration; experience owning open enrollment process end-to-end
  • Extremely strong communicator and project manager with a passion for team member experience and satisfaction
  • Detail oriented, deadline driven and work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy
  • Capacity to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced organization as both a solo producer and an eager collaborator, with team members of all levels of experience and seniority, across the organization
  • Highly discreet when dealing with sensitive payroll and benefit matters
