A bit more about this role:
Devoted Health, the fastest growing consumer health company in the country, is looking for a leader to own a multi-million dollar budget to accelerate the growth of Devoted Health through direct mail and TV advertising. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing an operating an analytics team that helps consumers discover and choose Devoted through offline channels, driving the overarching channel strategy, media testing planning, and P&L and payback analytics that continually evolve our media strategy based on optimization of performance and brand growth.
As one of the key business leaders in the Growth function, you will oversee the strategy, operations and analytics end-to-end. You will manage and grow a high-performing team of experienced marketers and data analysts. You will work in a cross functional team including technologists, data scientists and creative to build systems to aggressively scale the business – think 2x a year. 
This leader must have a strategic mindset to guide the testing and operational roadmap to scale direct mail and TV driven growth as the business scales and guide awareness and brand perception goals alike.  The ideal candidate must also have the operational chops to drive efficiency and scale innovation through dynamic data, partnership with agencies and media outlets, and entrepreneurial application of industry expertise in a new category.

Desired skills and experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in an analytical operator role such as marketing operations, sales operations, product management, or in an analytical business setting such as management consulting or finance; MBA/grad preferred with 4+ years of post-MBA experience
  •  Demonstrated ability to drive new initiatives and achieve direct business outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data and doing ad-hoc analyses to draw actionable insights (strong Excel is a must; some SQL is a bonus) 
  • Ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses and develop testing plans
  • Experience managing and developing a high-performing team
  • Comfortable with thoughtful risk-taking and P&L responsibility
  • A learning mindset; comfortable operating in a fast moving environment
  • Forward-looking and proactive self-starter who can operate for today while building for tomorrow
  • Bonus: experience managing complex operations; experience scaling operations in a rapidly growing business
