The primary function is to provide support to both retail clients and agent/brokers for life insurance servicing issues.   • Collaborate with all members of the Life Brokerage team to provide superior customer service for insurance Provide direct support to the Director of Underwriting in reviewing, shopping, and making recommendations for life insurance applications
  • Collaborate with all members of the Life Brokerage team to provide support for insurance agents, financial advisors, and their clients
  • Act as a back up for all inforce policy owner service requests
  • Develop and maintain relationships with outside producers and carrier service contacts to assist in leveraging positive servicing outcomes
  • Process and deliver all policy owner correspondence to producers
  • Cross training in other areas of the life agency such as new business case manager, licensing, commissions
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Track record of successfully leveraging Microsoft software package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) in a professional environment
  • Excellent administrative, time management and organizational skills
  • Life, Accident and Health License is preferred or have the ability to obtain within first 90 days of employment
  • Background in healthcare and knowledge of medical terminology a plus
