Under the direct supervision of the Site Success Manager, as the Quality Assurance Coordinator you will be responsible for visiting school sites several times throughout the week and performing in person site visits. Ensuring Part-Time Coaches are maintaining a high standard of coach quality for the successful implementation of Elevo Curriculum will be a key part of the role.  You will assist Regional Managers with school site walk-throughs and program launches and provide support and additional on the job training to coaches.  You may also conduct field interviews/training when necessary.



  • Follow and complete a checklist at all site visits and send reports to the appropriate manager.
  • Conduct coach evaluations several times throughout the school year.
  • Be the point person for the Regional Manager and the school Principal.
  • Communicate any late/missed shifts with the Regional Manager so they can work on immediate coverage.
  • Responsible for day to day program success and making quick changes to the implementation if you notice that improvements are needed, or that site specific game changes need to be made
  • Providing daily reports to their Regional Manager to filter up information on the school site health



  • 2+ years previous background in sales, operations or customer service 
  • Authorized to work in the US 
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, and collaboration skills. 
  • Experience managing CRM (HubSpot) systems strongly preferred
  • Proficient with Google drive/tools: Excel, Docs, PPT
  • Understands the importance of data integrity to provide accurate reporting
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills 
  • Comfortable working with multiple people and departments internally
  • Must have the ability to travel on site to site at a moment’s notice.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence connecting with school administration and Elevo management via phone, email or text.
