Sr. Business Development Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
•Responsible for supporting all aspects of business and corporate development efforts on a global basis.
•Assist senior members of the Business development team in all stages of the sales process including product and market research, organizing target lists of potential new customers, and sales process management.
•Create and build pro-forma models to support business development and corporate development opportunities. 
•Conduct industry and company-specific due-diligence related to transactions
•Work collaboratively across teams to create financial and economic analysis that can be presented to senior leaders 
•Work with global business development partners to construct and manage deal pipeline.
•Assist and help strengthen the company’s CRM efforts and other client databases.
•Assist the business development team with ad hoc requests and research in preparation for customer meetings / sales pitches.
•Coordinate with finance and legal teams to organize, document, and scale business development agreements including contract terms, rights, and obligations.
Role qualifications:
•Proven financial modeling ability, including valuation and M&A analysis.
•Advanced technical and quantitative skills suited to economic and financial research, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•Curiosity to explore and a mind-set to deal with ambiguities. Critical thinker.
•Communication skills and the ability to collaborate and work across teams.
•Someone who is detail oriented and can both work independently while confident enough to ask questions and manage working in a fast-paced environment with tight time constraints.
•Familiarity and knowledge of CRM tools and systems.
•5+ years of experience working in investment banking, data analytics, FP&A or in support of business development efforts in a fast paced, data driven environment.
•CFA, MBA, or in-process to achieving.
•Experience in royalty and revenue sharing industries.
