Summary
We are looking for a strategic and tactical HR Business Partner to work cross functionally across the entire company, providing excellence in the areas of talent planning, learning and development, performance management, feedback and coaching, team member engagement, and more!

Responsibilities

  • Manage all areas of employee relations for your client groups
  • Design and lead people initiatives including formal review processes, development, and engagement
  • Help the business with all matters related to people changes, including project managing necessary HR system work
  • Partner with hiring managers, Recruiting, Finance and HR for all matters related to people planning and organizational growth
  • Be a key driver of learning and development initiatives, including owning training programs for the company
  • Own and track metrics corresponding to the internal employee experience, including surveys
  • Identify opportunities and take initiative to own and influence change
  • Work on an international basis helping employees and contractors for Fast all around the globe
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner responsible for organizations at scale
  • Extensive experience serving as a point HRBP for execs responsible for large or growing groups within the company
  • Demonstrated experience with employee relations and familiarity with all aspects of the legal components involved
  • Prior experience project managing or leading annual performance review programs
  • Full range of experience with compensation planning
  • Considerable HRIS experience as applicable for business partner work
  • Experience working with team members from multiple countries
