Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, creative, process-driven financial leader to ensure the financial health of our organization and actively contribute to our company’s operational and growth strategy by providing financial insights to leadership and key stakeholders to inform optimal decision-making.

Our ideal candidate is one who thrives on process, has a mind for identifying creative efficiencies and new processes, and can effectively communicate with all levels within our organization. 

This position reports directly to the Americas CEO, while also collaborating closely with the Global CFO and EU Finance Lead on global financial reporting and initiatives.


You Will…

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions of our US teams and related branches in Moldova, Vietnam and Ukraine
  • Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
  • Continually strive to develop financial process, technology, and related operational efficiency improvements to simplify and streamline workflows
  • Consolidate monthly group data
  • Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and support staff
  • Coordinate outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
  • Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company – continuous improvement of controlling systems, optimizing of processes, and reporting
  • Review financial data, identify insights and trends, and prepare monthly and annual reports 
  • Present financial reports to management and stakeholders
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation


You bring…

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar 
  • At least five years of job experience in a controlling or financial reporting function 
  • Advanced accounting and tax know-how (US GAAP)
  • Team leadership and employee management experience and skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, executive communication experience 
  • Understanding of data privacy standards
  • Advanced knowledge of software tools (MS Office, Google Suite, Accounting Suites)
  • Desire for collaborative work, while also demonstrating resourcefulness and self-driven  ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management 
  • Methodical Action: Strong attention to detail, acting with intention, proclivity to process
  • Inspired Thinking: Analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Integrity, honesty, a drive for continuous improvement, a desire to build and create 
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
