Founded in 2019, Flex is an early stage NYC-based FinTech startup that is building the infrastructure to enable flexible bill payments for all Americans, starting with a very common and very large expense: rent. Flex enables its users to pay their rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances, rather than paying the full amount on the first of each month. This enables renters to better manage their bills and have more available cash throughout the month. Although we’re starting with renters, that’s just the tip of the iceberg. What you’ll do

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Sales team’s pipeline
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
  • Conduct high level conversations with various stakeholders in target accounts
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails and qualifying opportunities into the Account Executive pipeline) 
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

  • Not afraid to take a risk
  • Passionate about technology sales and growing your career in sales 
  • Self-starter with track records of success in your professional and personal or collegiate lives
  • Past experience in high-volume outbound sales prospecting role is a plus
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and balance time effectivelyExcellent communicator (written/verbal) and naturally articulate
  • Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service roleProven success in meeting monthly targets
