HLK is a creative agency with national accounts but midwest vibes. HLK is growing quickly and looking for a Creative Resource Manager to oversee resourcing on our newest, large account and agency division. We’re based in St Louis, but have expanded our team to remote employees all over the U.S. and this position can also be based anywhere.
The Creative Resource manager will play a critical role in the success of projects, making sure we’re assigning the ideal team members to produce the best work possible. They will work closely with creative directors and project managers to schedule the agency’s creative personnel. They’ll also determine when freelance help is needed and coordinate their involvement. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the agency process and is a key element in helping set creatives up for success and deliver high-caliber creative solutions for our clients.
The ideal person has worked/works in a creative or agency environment and loves it. Must be equal parts high EQ and digs the details. Success isn’t just the management of the projects, but maintaining strong relationships with members of the creative department and throughout the agency.
