Marketing Automation Specialist – France

The HubSpot Marketing Team is looking for a user-centric Marketer to build and scale the customer and prospect experience through Marketing Automation.

In this role you’ll help monetizing our French-speaking audience with a focus on user experience to meet and exceed the qualified demand revenue goals for France. You’ll experiment, build, personalize, and scale our global automation programs.

Working closely with both Global and Regional teams, you will lead our chat marketing strategy for HubSpot France. You will create and experiment on chat experiences across the website and within the HubSpot app. You will also be in charge of  leveraging your expertise in email, live chats & bots, to connect Small Business Leads and Users with the right resources at the right time, on a channel that they prefer.

This position is open in a full remote, flex or office setting.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Onboard, engage, and monetize our French-speaking Small Business audience via email nurturing, landing page optimisation and chatbots
  • Write, design, build and measure french chatbots onsite & within the HubSpot app
  • Find opportunities for optimization and automation across current campaigns
  • Create structure around, execute, organize and communicate experiments to larger marketing, sales & product teams.
  • Track and measure all results of your programs and be able to suggest next steps based on that data

We are looking for people who have a(n):

  • Full professional proficiency in French and English
  • HEART values, and a team player mentality
  • 3+ years proven experience in setting up, delivery, and optimizing automated email campaigns 
  • Proven track record of bringing new ideas to the table – you are able to re-invent and not just execute on the status quo
  • Analytical mind and a passion for diving into data to inform decision-making
  • Habit of experimentation and view it as an essential tool for strategy
  • Ability to be hands-on, with a comfort in driving both strategy and day-to-day execution
  • Experience developing strong cross-functional relationships and the ability to work with multiple teams
  • Great project management skills, and the ability to work autonomously and lead projects on their own
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Experience (a plus, but not required) : 

  • Familiarity with the function of live chat & chatbots
  • Copywriting experience
  • History of working successfully with sales, services, and/or product teams
  • Experience using HubSpot
  • Reporting experience (Looker, Amplitude)
