The Product Marketing Project Manager is an organized, detail-oriented, full-time project manager working across the Instructure Product organization to organize, track and report on enterprise-wide initiatives and go-to-market activities. The ideal candidate will be based in the Salt Lake City area, but can be remote-US. Working cross-organizationally with every department, you’ll support Product initiatives across the Instructure Learning Platform, from concept through completion. The ideal candidate can grasp the full scope of the project while sweating the details. Must have experience in project management software to be considered, experience in Asana and/or Jira a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with product management, engineering, customer success, community and marketing, and managing the workflow and delivery of large projects 
  • Manage projects within Jira and Asana to curate the process
  • Manage timelines, deadlines, and budgets in addition to attending team meetings 
  • Track all projects through each stage, from start to finish, collaborating with project managers from various departments 
  • Serve as liaison and communication channel among all impacted teams
  • Set up team briefings, internal reviews, and any meetings needed to complete a given project
  • Coordinate budgets, timelines, meetings across product organization
  • Work with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing leadership to report out on project status to company leadership
  • Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a creative agency or product organization
  • Expertise with Asana, Jira or similar project management platform
  • Well versed in Google Suite applications 
  • Extremely strong organizational skills
  • Prioritization and decision-making skillsE
