Position: Instructional Design Lead/Project Manager 

As a member of the Production team, you will lead a team of designers and subject matter experts to create eLearning for the skilled trades industry. 

This is a fully remote position.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of 5-6 Instructional Designers in the creation and delivery of eLearning content
  • Delegate tasks, manage timelines, obtain assets, QA and final release of eLearning content 
  • Ensure team members have clear and concise expectations for their projects
  • Oversee content accuracy prior to release by working closely with QA teams
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to meet their requirements
  • Own content release processes and ongoing maintenance of live content 

Who you are:

  • Instructional Designer with experience leading a team and managing the creation of eLearning/video content 
  • Collaborative, continuous learner
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to steer team members in the right direction
  • Interest in VR, gaming and adult learning 


  • 3+ years professional experience in instructional design or eLearning 
  • Proven experience leading and/or managing a team
  • Degree in Instructional Design or equivalent experience 
  • We will only consider candidates who are authorized to work in the US
