Intetics Inc. (, a leading global, 26 years “young,” technology company providing custom software development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a talented Business Development Manager (a Software Business Consultant (SBC) in our jargon) to take the lead in further development of UK market.

As an SBC for Intetics Inc., you will be generating profitable revenue growth by refining our sales and business development strategies and processes in line with company vision, values, and budget. In close collaboration with company marketing, you will deliver new B2B sales of custom software development services in various verticals. This role also requires strong financial, analytical, modeling, communication, writing, and software skills, as well as deep knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and tools.

The ideal individual will have a history of building a sales pipeline, meeting sales quotas and developing strong customer relationships, coupled with the market know-how to specify, strategize, and define new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business with clients in the UK
  • Propose and lead BANT/CHAMP marketing campaigns and partner with Company’s Global Marketing on their execution to secure effective lead generation and pipeline building
  • Pursue close relationships with key target accounts and discover new business opportunities
  • Provide software business consulting to the prospects
  • Lead the process of creating Sales proposals for technical solutions by cooperating with company technical experts
  • Participate in pricing of the solution/service and negotiate contract terms.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, generate leads and provide feedback and information on market and technology trends
  • Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns and promotion channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, participate in continuous development of company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Participate in improving the company sales kit, sales processes and best practices, enforce CRM use, monitor and report sales KPIs
  • Develop new sales channels (third-party resellers, partners, referrals, representatives, etc.)

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or another relevant field. Advanced degree, MBA or similar, preferred
  • Proven results as a Business Development Manager with work experience in IT industry is a must, preferably with an outsourcing company
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience of services (not products)
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes, modern technologies and project management methodologies
  • Strong verbal and written presentation, communication, networking and problem-solving skills
  • Full proficiency in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Hand-on experience with analytics dashboards, presentation, MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong understanding of customer-first demand generation, BANT (CHAMP), content marketing, social media marketing, and ABM concepts
  • Superior analytical skills with a deep understanding of relevant KPIs
  • Experience with handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • Experience in Business Analysis or in Business Consulting is a plus
  • Knowledge of specifics of Eastern European custom software development industry is a plus
