Location: 100% Remote (ideally CET time zone)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Improving our DB to make sure it’s “production-ready” and can handle big amounts of data smoothly
- Optimize database and query performance
- Assist in BI and Data Analytics tasks
- You will be working in 60% on new features and improvements, 20% on the day to day maintenance and 20% on creating documentation
WHAT YOU CAN DO:
- Assist with migration from firebase functions to AWS/GCP with docker
- Improving our developer team experience with improving CI/CD processes
Job requirements
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN:
- Working for an impactful med-tech marketplace startup that went from MVP to profitability in less than a year (since March 2020)
- Direct impact on the choice of tools and methodologies
- Day-to-day work in a remote, well-organized, international development team of 11 people (~30 people total with HQ in the USA)
- Being a part of the team responsible for preparing a new internal project to optimize margin and profit
WHAT DO YOU NEED:
- 5+ years of experience as a DBA
- Good knowledge of Postgre SQL DB administration
- Experience with SQL (no matter which dialect)
- Ability to write shell scripts
- Good English communication skills – both written and spoken (B2 at least)

- Experience with Tableau
WHAT YOU CAN GAIN:
