Lytics is seeking a high-energy Account Management professional who is focused on results and the clients’ success. When you join our team, you will serve as both trusted advisor to and advocate for our clients. Your proactive and strategic engagements with your enterprise accounts portfolio will build strong relationships and ensure our clients continue to realize value when they leverage Lytics’ products and services.

As the primary owner of the client relationship, you will also address day-to-day questions, resolve escalation issues, and communicate customer needs internally to influence Lytics’ business priorities. This is not a technical or marketing advisory role. You will partner with the appropriate teams internally to address specific product questions.

The measure of your success will be retention, growth, and expansion. That being said, the focus of your day-to-day will be your client’s health and accomplishments.

Skills and experience:

  • High level of personal organization, personal accountability, and follow-through

  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities

  • Versatile and adaptable in a complex and fast-paced market

  • Skilled at educating customers and reframing expectations in order for them to best utilize the core capabilities of Lytics product and services

  • 3+ years proven wins in a client success role with an enterprise, SaaS organization

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Excellent skills working both above- and below-the-line

  • Familiarity managing the politics and opaqueness of global enterprises

  • Experience in digital marketing or MarTech highly desired

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience


  • Thoroughly understand client vision and operations to ensure their implementation of Lytics will maximize their value of partnering with us

  • Identify opportunities to expand Lytics’ footprint for products, services, and partner offerings

  • Drive Lytics product usage and customer retention, with a focus on early identification of risks and improvement of overall account health

  • Construct effective strategic account plans and aggressively drive progress against them

  • Proactively negotiate renewals, driving both up-sells and multi-year extensions

  • Maintain net retention rate at industry best practices

  • Identify and escalate risks early and ensure that Lytics effectively meets customer expectations.
