Position Summary

As part of the Recruiting Operations team at Marqeta, this role brings together the art and science of Recruitment. In this role, the Lead Data Analyst will be the primary data, reporting and insights resource for a scaling recruitment team. This role will drive the design and communication of recruitment data and insights to audiences of all levels. Not only designing dashboards with predictive analytics, but actively involved in how we bring insights to action.  This role reports to the Director of Recruiting Operations and directly partners with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and hiring teams. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own the design, build and standardization of key reports and interactive dashboard that support the Talent Acquisition team and leadership
  • Design and grow Recruitment’s reporting cadence. Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and automate scalable dashboards for Talent Acquisition
  • Represent recruitment in cross-functional work (People Analytics, FP&A, Business Operations), striving for alignment and predictive insights
  • Assess how we collect data, how we store it, and most importantly, how we automate for efficient access, reporting and analyses.
  • Identify, drive and operationalize resolution of data quality issues
  • Develop and maintain data governance and security structure within our Talent tech stack (Greenhouse, Candidate Experience tools, Interview Scheduling, Workday Integration, etc.)

What we are looking for

  • Experience building a reporting infrastructure and working with disparate data sets to aid in evidence based decision making. 8 Years of experience preferred. 
  • Sound judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
  • A true builder and innovator who is excited by generating insights
  • Results-oriented, always evaluating and communicating whether our team's activities are achieving the desired, measurable impact
  • Experience with systems configuration, implementation, and process management 
  • Experience with Recruitment and HR technology (Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience identifying technical and functional gaps with tech/tools that impact data quality
