As an Engineering Manager at Medallia, you will be leading a talented and highly motivated team of Front End Engineers, whose responsibility is to build (and scale) new features and applications on the Medallia Experience Cloud platform. This team is heavily invested in an exciting new project with high visibility empowering our clients to manage, measuring and improving employee performance at scale using internal and external signals. You’ll specialize in building responsive and modern user interfaces that scale to 100,000 of users.
*Leading one of our core engineering teams; including attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.
*Partnering with Product Managers/Design to provide technical guidance in support of building a phenomenal product.
*Execution against development projects – Organization, coordination and ongoing project management.
*Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to balance innovation, quality, and technical debt.
*Working with a “Think Tank” of peers to develop, define, and deliver against Medallia’s technical roadmap.
*Play an active role in shaping and evangelizing Medallia’s global Front-End engineering organization.
