Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for delivering data-driven testing to ensure delivery of quality software products to our clients through a mix of manual and automated testing as appropriate. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field  
  • 3 years of related experience
  • Agile SCRUM certified
  • Must currently meet the required criteria for obtaining and maintaining certification to work on government client program
  • Ability to manually test websites using Data-driven Testing and exploratory testing techniques.
  • Experience with accessibility, security, performance and automated testing.
  • Strong understanding of all web browsers and different mobile device market share, versions and functionality.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using a cloud-based collaboration tool.
  • Knowledgeable with test automation methodology.
  • Experience using web based and mobile testing frameworks (ex: Katalon Studio or Selenium WebDriver).
  • Knowledge of various programming languages (e.g. Java, Groovy, C#, JavaScript)
  • Experience using project tracking software considered a strong asset, (ex: JIRA).
  • Experience using version control systems (ex: Git, Bitbucket, SourcTree).
