Moogsoft is looking for a self-starter, ideally with experience selling into DevOps and IT Operations. You will be responsible for effectively managing customer relationships, retention, and expanding customer portfolios in all segments. Key to your success will be your adaptability, coachability and communication skills. You are excited to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to help the company be successful, including helping find the proper support for each technical issue, and conducting monthly/quarterly QBR’s with all of your assigned customers.

Skills You Have…

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in a complex technology solution-selling environment
  • Startup DNA: A quick learner, collaborative, and always learning
  • A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding annual quota
  • A strong sense of managing your business and pipeline using data
  • Specific experience in IT operations management and analytics, IT Service Management, Application, System, Network performance and DevOps are preferred
  • Must have SaaS sales experience Salesforce experience is a must
  • Experience managing an account management sales cycle.
  • Excellent presentation and poise under pressure
  • Must understand and commit to using Salesforce, including adding all contacts into the system, logging calls/meetings, updating opportunities, and ensuring an accurate forecast
  • Experience with MEDDIC/MEDPICC is a plus
  • Experience working with large, complex clients
