About the Role

As our Mux BDR, you will have a direct impact on the growth of the company by partnering closely with our Account Executives to research, identify and engage prospective Mux customers to generate net new sales pipeline opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with Mid Market and Enterprise Account Executives to achieve their annual revenue goals and overall account strategy
  • Leverage existing sales tools to research, collect company details, and update salesforce for operational efficiency
  • Build outreach and engagement strategy, including messaging to key accounts, but not limited to in alignment with your Account Executive
  • Utilize Mux marketing content, new and existing campaigns, and custom content to engage prospective customers
  • Schedule new meetings with engaged contacts from prospective outreach
  • Provide Account Executives with qualified meeting notes and account research details for discovery calls
  • Generate new business sales opportunities as a result of scheduling new business meetings

Who you are:

  • Strong written and verbal communication with previous experience working in a direct customer service role
  • 2+ years of experience in previous outbound sales development in the SaaS Industry or full-cycle sales experience in a different industry
  • Experienced with creating customized & personalized outreach campaigns leveraging customer data with prospective customers
  • Have worked in a team environment to drive results (preferably with Account Executives or sales team)
  • Analytical and data driven thinker to provide new, innovative solutions to drive positive business outcomes
  • Excited to be part of a start-up, growing company and sales team and bring new ideas and strategies to scale the business
