National Account Manager

Sales professional responsible for building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with customers. You should be organized and able to analyze your performance metrics daily by keeping your dashboard up-to-date. We will be expected to have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers. Ultimately, you should be able to facilitate communication with customers and build relationships to achieve yours and the company’s goals. You will be acting purely has a hunter focused on new customer business and prospects.


Specific Responsibilities:  

  • Prospect and successfully onboard new Customers each week
  • Cold Calling
  • Develop relationships with shippers 
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly targets
  • Clearly communicate the value of working with this company  
  • Serve as a partner to our sales team anticipating challenges and presenting solutions to support business objectives 



  • A bachelor’s degree in sales preferred 
  • 1+ year of experience in working with shippers in the freight/logistics industry
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions
  • Demonstrated success in high-growth environment, including process development, implementation, and execution
  • Possess strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Comfortable with change 
  • Resourceful and flexible
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
