As Olive continues to blaze a trail in AI and automation programs and solutions in the healthcare space, we are growing our team of Enterprise Program Managers to drive alignment across internal and customer teams to support a best-in-class & consistent customer onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is obsessed with ensuring a seamless customer implementation experience. They keep teams and programs on track, serve as a champion for their customers, and constantly strive to strike the right balance between speed and quality in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.


  • Support multiple customers’ program implementations
  • Collaborate with Customer Program Executives (CPE) to prioritize program initiatives, align Customer Experience resources, and manage customer expectations. Support CPE with customer leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to facilitate customer change management and product adoption as well as collect and disseminate Olive program and product feedback.
  • Own & drive program workplan & collaborate with CPE on an approach to develop the customer roadmap to value achievement. Support the CPE & Dedicated Solution Architects (DSA) to plan adherence and agreed upon timelines, SLAs and responsibilities across delivery teams. Proactively work to anticipate and address roadblocks.
  • Build and manage customer relationships (customer PMO and IT departments); educate them on the OliveWay and confirm that Olive’s automations are meeting expectations throughout the implementation.
  • Communicate with internal Product Owners, Implementation Success Owners and Project Managers, in addition to the customer’s project team members to positively influence team members regarding solution design, implementation planning and provide feedback on testing strategies and activation plans.
  • Contribute to Olive’s strategy for achieving program objectives, identifying the steps necessary to successfully achieve program & project milestones
  • Assist in on-boarding and mentoring team members to the customer program team and orient them to customer expectations
  • Monitor and track all aspects of the program, including productivity milestones, deliverables, timelines, and action items. Look to identify ways to improve delivery timelines and experience for assigned customers as well as Olive-wide standards and processes.
  • Keep customer and internal stakeholders and leadership team informed of program status updates and key issues that may impact program & project completion
  • Act as an escalation point for internal & customer resources. Monitor and track internal & customer issues/risks to ensure appropriately escalated for resolution. Ensure timely awareness and assist the Customer Program Executive with issues/risks that need Olive leadership for resolution.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packages for program status reports and summaries
  • Enforce compliance across the business with program plan management and other statusing tools for visibility and transparency into program progress
  • Engage with Olive technical resources to support program infrastructure requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience managing healthcare, technology and/or software engineering programs or projects
  • 4+ years of experience managing IT implementation program or projects, preferably in the healthcare sector, experience in revenue cycle, Supply Chain, Clin Ops, or Pharmacy, familiarity with key workflow areas and valuation methods a plus
  • PMP, CSM, CSPO or other project certifications (Lean Six Sigma or Scrum) preferred
  • Previous experience managing (informally or formally) team members
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment preferred
  • Proven ability to create dashboards, reports and presentations with compelling visuals using Business Intelligence tools or MS Excel / PowerPoint to interpret and tell the story of the data
  • Strong cross-team communicator
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision in a fast paced, high-growth organization
  • Comfortable suggesting areas for improvement and willingness to lead improvement initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues to varying audiences and levels
  • Strong analytical and facilitation skills with the ability to interpret and anticipate customer needs in order to develop clear and attainable goals, objectives and execution of project plans
  • Strong self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Outstanding team player with the ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
