The opportunity:

As the Director, Enterprise Sales, you will lead and manage the sales process with prospective, enterprise level clients including self-insured employers, non-self insured employers, PEO’s and benefits consultants. You’ll have a unique opportunity to help shape Parsley Health’s growth and product. You will design, implement and lead a multi-year enterprise strategy, own the sales and contracting process end-to-end, build and manage a sales, operations and implementation team, collaborate cross-functionally with our CFO, CEO, Chief Medical Officer, SVP Product, and clinical operations teams, and ultimately develop and deliver a successful B2B2C business for Parsley Health. You will have flexibility and authority to create the company’s B2B initiatives from the ground up leveraging both the company’s existing relationships and your own. You will be expected to understand and architect a unique sales and partnerships strategy around Parsley’s highly differentiated services and products.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective client partners
  • Act as a strategic thought partner for leaders of client organizations throughout the sales engagement process
  • Create compelling business cases for clients and shape key company materials such as pitch decks and case studies
  • Navigate clients from the sales engagement through the on-boarding process including contracting
  • Identify market needs and engage with Parsley Health’s product and engineering teams to evaluate
  • Own the B2B P&L, hitting and exceeding revenue and margin targets

You’ll need:

  • 5+ years in business development, consulting, or sales
  • 3+ years experience within a healthcare organization  
  • Strong experience closing deals, generating leads, pitching to new clients, and selling in a consultative manner
  • A proven track record as a strategic leader and team builder, internally valued cross-functionally
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working on a small team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with partners across the organization – you’re a team player who’s excited to work on big problems 
  • Experience building successful strategic client relationships and managing complex projects
  • Experience identifying new market opportunities and working with EPD/Ops/Exec to prioritize them
