**This role is full time with option to work remote if outside of Chicago**

The Head of Recruiting role is an opportunity for rapid growth that will encompass a wide range of tasks and will require an individual who is highly self-motivated and takes a proactive approach to develop processes, execute on those processes, and identify potential process gaps.

This role will be responsible for leading all recruiting functions, which will include recruiting both for internal roles at Perfect Search, as well as external recruiting for clients. The Head of Recruiting will help determine the strategic direction and objectives of all recruiting, design and implement the recruiting plan, and develop and track recruiting goals. This role will be overseeing multiple types of employment, including full-time and hourly in-house employees, 1099 employees, and freelancers/outsourced staff, so experience recruiting for a variety of roles will be crucial.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Oversee and execute the entire recruiting process (both internally and externally) including sourcing candidates, creating job postings, reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews
  • Proactively seek out clients looking to fill digital marketing roles
  • Oversee analytics testing
  • Schedule follow up interviews for other team members
  • Improve existing recruiting processes
  • Oversee (but not necessarily conduct) new employee training and onboarding
  • Help foster a supportive work environment with a focus on company culture initiatives that incorporate remote employees 

 

What You Need

  • 2-5 years recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of employment types, including 1099 employees and freelancers/outsourced staff, preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects at once
  • Superior communication skills
  • Fantastic people skills
  • Experience in HR preferred
  • Recruiterbox or other recruiting platform knowledge a plus
