The Marketing Data & Insights Analyst’s mandate is to measure, analyze and drive actionable story-telling insights reporting across the digital marketing ecosystem’s performance and conversion to revenue at a tactical level. This includes optimization of technology operations to enable insights development, website performance, campaign engagement and conversion to revenue and ROI. He / she will drive integration, performance and Growth Marketing synergies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing and Demand teams across all technology platforms to meet or beat top industry’s performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities 
·         With support of a Marketing Data Scientist and a Marketing Intelligence Analyst & Developer, define the insights development metrics framework, marketing reporting framework and supporting visualization platforms to gain adoption of stakeholder. Ensure enablement of self-serve reporting where possible.
·         Track, measure and report digital performance to ROI, through all technology platforms and digital channels against planned KPI’s, goals and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
·         Support measurement and reporting on organic and paid traffic growth strategies (SEM) integration and provide analytics to optimize performance
·         Partner with all Marketing functions and ensure compliance to set and agreed technology integration processes and SLAs to keep performance measurement as accurate as possible and flexible to support the organizations scalability and growth
Organization: Works cross functionally with: 
·         Marketing Functional Leadership and Teams members, Executive Leadership team, Marketing Operations, Shared Services and COE, Business Operations, CTS, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Marketing Data Governance and others tbc.
Success Metrics: 
·         Stakeholder satisfaction with timely output of a continuous performance reporting model
·         Adoption of self-serve reporting by key stakeholders
·         Effectiveness/accuracy of key insights reporting capabilities
·         Ability to implement digital performance measurement and analytics / insights driven decision making at the tactical level
·         Ability to drive data driven decision making
·         Timely completion of regular tasks on budget
Education Requirements: 
·         Diploma, degree or relevant certifications in Data Management, Analytics, Mathematics and/or Computer Science
Required Experience
·        5+ years of Digital B2B Marketing Analytics and/or performance measurement and story-telling reporting experience.
·        Awareness and understanding of current and future industry trends, technology and best practices related to Buyer Journey Engagement and Lifecycle Marketing Performance
·        Experience in high growth, fast paced, heavily matrixed organizations
·         Business acumen, strategic thinking, business process development, analytical and problem-solving skills
·         Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to obtain consensus among multiple stakeholders
·         Strong collaborative teamwork orientation with an ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment, requiring ongoing re-evaluation of priorities
·         Detail oriented with ability to translate quantitative data analytics into actionable recommendations
·         Ability to communicate and present story-telling insights in ways that Marketing team members as well as Marketing and Executive Leadership and other functions will understand and take decision

·         B2B digital marketing ecosystem and how its success can be measured and insights derives for data driven decision making
