You're a fast and friendly Helpdesk Support Technician proficient with desktop operating systems like MS Windows 10 and Mac OS X. You can do 10 things at once and have room on your plate for more. You love what you do, you hang out with the people you work with, and you want to help build, scale, manage and maintain what you truly believe to be the Next Big Thing.


What You Will Do

– Provide end-user support for Windows/Mac computers.

– Perform hands-on systems service and maintenance including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware and configuring systems and applications.

– Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), VPN connectivity and various end user applications.

– Effectively escalate technical issues to higher tiers.

– Follow policies and procedures, to ensure all supported IT equipment is meeting business requirements and operating at peak performance.

– Adhere to all security processes and procedures.


What You Will Bring

– Excellent user support skills.

– 1+ years of experience in related field.

– Knowledge of MS Windows and/or Mac OS X operating systems.

– Ability to learn new technologies quick.

– Experience with administering Office 365 / MS Exchange is highly desirable.

– Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
