  • 5+ years experience in human resources and coaching. Keep in mind experience may be commensurate with skill. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coaching to success. You’ll help our team members identify their professional goals and provide tools and inspiration to ensure their success.
  • Improving our performance. Develop key initiatives based on trends and your insights that will help elevate the quality of our work and our interactions.
  • Driving engagement and promotions. Your efforts play an integral role in ensuring Praxent team members have the best working experience of their careers.
  • Impacting the future. You’ll help develop a roadmap that supports long-range business goals as we continue to impact the world of financial services.
  • Ensuring recognition. In addition to managing our total rewards program, you’ll identify ongoing improvements to the ways in which we honor our achievements.
