About this role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll manage all interview logistics. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling different stages of interviews, navigating competing schedules, communicating changes to candidates, and more. You will also take part in Talent Acquisition-related projects to help Remind grow and improve its processes and policies. As a Remind ambassador for candidates, you'll prioritize creating an exceptional candidate experience in every interview stage, as every candidate may be the next Remind employee. 

About you:

  • You have experience coordinating complex interviews, involving multiple stakeholders 
  • You have experience coordinating and scheduling within Greenhouse or a similar ATS
  • You are able to build relationships with all stakeholders
  • You have excellent organizational skills and follow-through to provide a positive candidate  and hiring experience
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are attentive and detail-oriented
  • Bonus: You have experience working in the tech industry and/or in a start-up environment

What you'll do:

  • Ensure consistency throughout all touchpoints in the interview experience, providing world-class service to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Own interview logistics 
  • Manage candidate status and data in Greenhouse
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews to help identify the best candidates
  • Collaborate with People Operations team members to ensure a positive new hire experience
