Every nonprofit is unique and so are their capacity needs. Yet they find it difficult to access capacity building solutions that meet them where they are. About the role

The Sales Growth Manager plays a critical role in carrying out Resilia’s mission and strategic goals by becoming a trusted advisor for nonprofit formation customers. In this position, you will communicate the value of Resilia’s services to potential clients and become an expert in nonprofit formation in an effort to drive sales.

Our ideal candidate is a service-oriented self-starter with customer-facing/ stakeholder-facing experience and nonprofit industry experience. The candidate should have impeccable communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail and process improvement.

This role reports directly to the Senior Growth Manager and presents a unique development opportunity within Resilia by working with nonprofit founders across the country

What you will do

  • Become an expert in the products and services Resilia provides for new and existing nonprofits
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of nonprofit formation, communicating specific processes and answering detailed questions on the spot
  • Take the lead on conducting scheduled inbound sales calls with potential clients
  • Increase formation sales and drive new business for the formation team
  • Work closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to provide client feedback that will improve lead quality
  • Operate within a CRM (Hubspot) to track all calls, update deal records and plan follow-ups
  • Consistently follow up with the most high-quality Formation sales leads
  • Participate in front-facing roles such as video marketing materials, webinars, etc.
  • Respond to inbound leads through all mediums
  • Lead presentations explaining and selling Resilia’s services to potential clients and partners
  • Manage your lead pipeline and collaborate with the Senior Growth Manager to optimize your call flow and productivity
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ year of customer success/service experience, preferably at a technology company 2+ year of nonprofit experience preferred
  • Passionate about Resilia’s mission and vision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Self-starter with a high level of intellectual curiosity that executes independently and takes incredible pride in their work
  • Excited about working with various customers daily and providing an exceptional support experience
  • Motivated and comfortable in a fast paced startup environment
  • Prior experience with Hubspot a plus
  • Knowledge of or experience working in the nonprofit, foundation or government sectors a plus
  • You are a outcomes / sales driven person who takes pride in reaching sales targets and will go the extra mile to convert leads into new clients
