Strategy and Planning Senior Analyst

SageSure is seeking a Strategy and Planning Senior Analyst who is dedicated, results-driven, and motivated by solving problems. SageSure has grown more than 30% each year for the past five years and the Senior Analyst will partner with our Head of Strategy Implementation to continue to build and mature our project execution framework required to scale.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive the creation and rollout of project execution capabilities for the organization (e.g. work intake, project estimating, and resource capacity management)
  • Explore current state challenges across departments and create solutions that optimize how teams manage their work and priorities
  • Build and deliver training across the organization of our project management tools and processes
  • Provide run the business support for existing execution framework and tooling
  • Analyze complex data sets to synthesize insights
  • Create and maintain project management best practices
  • Perform ad hoc requests to support critical strategic initiatives
  • We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years Project Management experience
  • Prior experience driving organizational process improvements
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to execute and adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable working with different levels of leadership
  • Adept at building and leveraging relationships across an organization to achieve objectives
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • Experience with project management tools including Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence
  • PMP Certification
