• Support our high growth plans for 2022 with an emphasis on technical talent
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from source, screen, cultivate, and close
• Provide an excellent candidate experience (no matter the outcome with the candidate)
• Partner with internal and external teams to identify non-traditional ways to approach and attract candidates
• Analyze data and derive insights to inform recruiting activities
• Work with our ATS to measure and manage recruitment progress
• Elevate Slab’s employer brand with top talent while stewarding company values
• Identify and implement opportunities to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace
Sound like you?
• Past experience in a talent or recruiter role within a startup
• Proven track record of hiring and closing passive candidates, especially technical talent
• Understands recruiting metrics, conversions, and constantly desire to improve how we operate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to be a foundational team member and build a world-class team
