We are seeking a motivated individual to fill our Project Manager position in the Security team. The Project Manager will join our existing team in a fast-paced environment to monitor, coordinate, and direct the progress and requirements of  projects and provide operational support, working directly with the Security Project Manager.  This is a hands-on project management role and we expect the Project Manager to collaborate, adapt/learn, and move the project forward and fulfill our business objectives.

What you’ll do: 

  • Responsible for managing the overall planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of one or more initiatives simultaneously with guidance and oversight of Security Program Manager.
  • Hold project team members accountable for timely completion and quality of project deliverables and milestones.
  • Understanding the needs and goals of the organization and developing an appropriate project plan is the responsibility of a security project manager.
  • Required to facilitate efficient communication across all levels of a project to ensure consistency in reaching the project's goal, and to help in the recognition of any potential opportunities, risks or complications.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in Information Technology to build a project plan and Identify all the key milestones for project completion.
  • Schedule and designate tasks to specific team members
  • Develop a detailed execution plan and manage all phases of the project, progress status tracking and reporting, monitoring scope creep
  • Provide overall project management as per the governance model. Managing issues and risk mitigation plan, readiness reviews and overall health of the program using best practices and methodologies. •
  • Familiar with project methodologies including Waterfall and Agile, leveraging the proper methodology as needed for the project
  • Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, and execution phases with a continuous improvement mindset 

Prerequisites:

  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving, conflict / resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skill
  • Minimum of Bachelor of Science / Engineering / Technology or related
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver solutions
  • Project Management experience preferred
