What we're looking for

Momentive is looking for a dynamic Senior Alliances Manager, who will be an essential member of our growing global alliances team. You will grow our existing strategic relationships across our GetFeedback, SurveyMonkey and Research pillars to guarantee a strong overall channel partnership. You will become the expert in our products and Salesforce, Crossbeam and Highspot, helping drive sales messaging motions, product alignment, co-selling, co-marketing, and organizational collaboration to promote healthy and successful partnerships.

You will be aligned with Momentive's sales team, to help them create a consistent flow of partner sourced and influenced pipeline. You will also collaborate with operations, marketing, product and legal departments to ensure we facilitate and join the right programs, to increase partner mindshare, helping build new business and partnership opportunities.

You will

  • Be the expert in our product sales messaging, motion, and organizational understanding.
  • Create and communicate unique value propositions and messaging for Momentive's solutions among partners in the CX industry. Using all resources to position us as a leader/partner of choice.
  • Work with Senior Director of Global Alliances to Identify, and pursue new Alliance opportunities and integration opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with partner account managers, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Be a partner champion internally, and liaison between the partner and our teams to cultivate and grow trusting relationships.
  • Inform the develop, and monitor the daily processes and infrastructure required to grow and govern joint plans, GTM plans, and partner program requirements with partnerships globally.
  • Inform and manage partner enablement programs, co-marketing, events and related sales alignment to increase the number of “Momentive champions” across our partners that are recommending Momentive solutions to their peers and customers, so we are a favored partner.
  • Partner with the Momentive's brand and marketing organization to develop and continually refresh partner-facing materials and communications including newsletters, one pagers, first call decks, battle cards, etc.
  • Develop the process(es) for qualifying and nurturing the leads that Momentive receives from its Alliance marketplace listings and members.

You have

  • You have 3+ years of experience in business development, channel management and partnerships within the SaaS industry and in customer experience (CX) and partner management .
  • You have experience implementing joint go-to-marketing programs with support and CRM providers like , Zendesk and Salesforce, including joint sales enablement, demand generation, lead tracking, deal registration, and joint sales reporting.
  • You have had success in establishing and developing long-term relationships with partners that are mutually beneficial with trust at the core of all activities.
  • You have experience working with teams including executives, sales, customer success, marketing, product, legal, operations, and more.
