What you will do

  • Manage the company’s procure to pay domestically and internationally.
  • Manage the company’s business expenses through Expensify.
  • Assist with the Purchasing Order process.
  • Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year end close in accordance with close schedule
  • Maintain completeness and accuracy of the general ledger for all related accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Running the Fixed Asset Schedule on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with the company's annual audit.
  • Assist with to organize and support ad hoc projects

What you will bring with you

  • Good understanding of procure to pay process.
  • Fluent English is a requirement (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Basic understanding of Accounting Principles.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and explain things to individuals at all levels.
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience.
  • Experience in bill.com and Expensify a plus.
  • Experience with NetSuite a plus.
