Information Technology Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
Teikametrics is looking for an ambitious Information Technology Manager. In this role, you would not only answer questions but anticipate the questions that will be asked. You must be able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Most importantly, you want to be a part of a high-growth company, where you’ll have an opportunity to solve complex business problems on a daily basis. This role will be required to be onsite occasionally in our Boston HQ office.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
 • Overseeing our IT asset management, including the inventory and lifecycle processes for software and hardware, ex. SaaS subscriptions, software licenses, computers, peripherals, printers, and other equipment.
 • Designing, and executing our onboarding, and offboarding IT processes ensuring efficient equipment ordering, accountability, and implementation of an employee’s IT needs.
 • Managing, documenting, and streamlining help desk processes for smooth, responsive operations (ex. laptop imaging for easier staff onboarding).
 • Providing timely technical support to end-users to troubleshoot and solve problems related to hardware, software, and network issues.
 • Developing training materials and leading technology training sessions for new employees, as well as ongoing training sessions and documentation for existing employees.
 • Partner with the Head of India office to provide support and consultation on hardware and software needs.
 • Leading and managing relationships with any externally contracted IT vendors.
 • Maintaining and monitoring required computer monitoring software (ex. Antivirus, spam filter).
 • Assuming responsibility for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of in-office network security, hardware/firmware, video conferencing, etc.
WHO YOU ARE
• A critical thinker that thrives in fast-paced environments with a minimal amount of process and ideally wishes to implement process and order in growth-driven environments.
• An information technology professional with at least 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience supporting internal stakeholders in multi-operating system environments (macOS + Windows environments).  
• An individual with  strong familiarity with administering Mac and Windows operating systems including managing them with MDM and secure custom OS images
• A customer-centric information technology professional who aims to provide our employee population with a timely but business-aligned way of prioritizing tasks and requests. 
• An individual with  strong familiarity with administering Mac and Windows operating systems including managing them with MDM and secure custom OS images
• You are a strong communicator and an empathic person that is excited to partner with a global team spanning the United States, India, China, and the United Kingdom. 
• An individual who is accustomed to problem-solving in rapidly growing organizations, and who is also passionate about implementing and establishing processes.

• A polished professional with a strategic mindset that is excited to partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders in building out robust IT processes while implementing systems/ platforms.
WHAT CAN HELP YOU STAND OUT
• Experience at a high growth SaaS software company with at least 100 employees
• Experience with Kandji, Jamf, etc.
