In this unique, player-coach role, our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Team Lead is a Talent Obsessed, full life-cycle recruiter with experience hiring for Marketing, Customer Success, and/or G&A.  We believe that we are Better Together and this role will also lead a small pod of TA teammates to dynamically support hiring sprints across our entire, global business as needed.

Our ideal Udacian strives to create meaningful partnerships with our People team, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates. You will take a Data Driven approach to talent acquisition, all while keeping our mission and values top of mind and delivering an amazing candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to build and execute an exceptional end-to-end recruiting process while leveraging our Udacious Hiring methodology and tools.
  • Proactively build a pipeline of top talent to accelerate our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy and our business goals.
  • Work closely with our People Partners, FP&A and business leaders in Marketing, Customer Success and G&A to understand, prioritize, and execute immediate and long term hiring needs. 
  • Partner with other TA Team Leads to coordinate the pod and support hiring bursts in our Sales or Tech teams.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Udacity and consistently deliver an amazing candidate experience.
  • Be Data Driven: leverage reporting, insights and best practices to refine and optimize our recruiting processes and enhance outcomes.
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity real time with our ATS (Greenhouse) and other People Team systems.
