The Position: Pre-Sales Consultant

We are looking to hire an experienced pre-sales consultant to work alongside our passionate sales team. As a pre-sales consultant, you will be required to conduct discovery calls with our Sales Executives, draft and deliver presentations, demonstrate the features of company products, and provide content for Request for Proposals/Information.

Pre-Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Conducting client discovery calls with sales representatives
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their needs, understand their requirements and limitations to work collaboratively towards an optimal solution
  • Strategizing with the sales team to create customized demos/solutions
  • Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products
  • Demonstrating software platform for the customer
  • Drive completion of RFPs/RFIs, specifically supporting technical aspects
  • Train and develop sales team on latest advancements of product and capabilities
  • Provide feedback of field experience to internal cross-functional teams with regard to product, selling, competitive, and/or client objections
  • Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations
  • Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries

  The Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of previous work experience as a pre-sales consultant
  • Familiarity with healthcare software systems
  • Experience in the healthcare space
  • Clinical experience preferred
  • High-level communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create big-picture software solutions
  • Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way
  • Team player who is dedicated to the success of the company, department and their teammate
  • Attention to detail
  • Sales experience
  • Comfortable traveling up to 50%
